I have always had a curiosity with relationships and how we as humans interact with each other. This continued into my Undergraduate Degree in Psychology and then with my Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Using a range of methodologies I will keep you, the client, at the heart of the sessions, providing a safe and confidential space to explore what is going on for you at the moment, your thoughts, feelings and anything else that you feel is having a negative impact on your life.

This may be a difficult process, and will mean sitting with some uncomfortable feelings, but I will be alongside you in your journey offering an empathetic ear and the chance to explore those feelings without judgement.

I have worked with a range of clients with The Mix and Humankind charity, alongside over 8 years of working in support roles.

I can support you with:

  • Gender dysphoria

  • Sexuality

  • Mental health

  • Anxiety & depression

  • Stress in life and ways of coping

  • Relationship concerns - monogamous or ethically non-monogamous

  • Managing your emotions

  • and more..

I am an accredited member of the NCS whereby:

  • The National Counselling Society's register has been accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under its Accredited Registers programme.

  • Accreditation offers practitioners working in counselling a means of demonstrating their personal commitment to meeting high standards by joining The National Counselling Society or another accredited register.

  • Accreditation means that The National Counselling Society has met the Authority's demanding standards in the following areas: governance, setting standards, education and training, managing the register, providing information, and complaints.
