I have had previous experience working as a counsellor in addiction recovery services and online mental health services, as well as working as support for mental health charities and bereavement services.
I have also worked as a Safeguard Lead and within student support services in schools/colleges both FE and HE institutions.
I gained experience from all of this roles in supporting individuals via text based services, phone call, video, and in person.
