What courses do you offer?

Beginners Guide to Non-Monogamy:  this is a 41 page walk through of non-monogamy and how to navigate relationships. This is for anyone to get a better understanding into relationship types and can be used as a taster for the CPD. There is a PDF download if preferred without becoming a site member and you can access a FREE 7 page summary PDF here.

Working with Non-Monogamy in therapy CPD: this £60 unlimited access and self-paced course goes into more detail on relationship types, stigmas and myths, intersectionality, themes in the work, and ways of working and is a great asset to mental health professionals working with individuals or relationship work.

How are these courses taught?

Both courses are unlimited access and self paced - meaning you can come back to this course and pick up where you left off at any point. I am currently adding text to speech audio and video summaries in a webinar format to the course which will be ready for 2026.

You will get access to any updates that are made automatically.

The courses are made via Wix and require you to become a site member.

Who is creating these courses?

Before becoming a therapist, I worked in Education, Safeguarding, and roles which required me to host training workshops for colleagues and students. I have created these courses from scratch using my own lived experience and through working with GSRD clients. My resources draws on this experience as well as using research based information, anecdotal evidence, including further reading, and prompting with reflective questions to explore your own personal views as well as how you might work professionally. Everyone who has completed my feedback has said they would recommend these courses to their friends & colleagues, as well as feeling more confident in their self development and professional work.
