What is covered?
"Working with Non-monogamy in Therapy" is a comprehensive, self-paced program designed specifically for therapists and mental health professionals who wish to deepen their understanding and enhance their skills in supporting clients exploring or practicing non-monogamy. The self-paced course features text-based content, reflection questions, quizzes for certification, and feedback questionnaires to enhance your confidence and skills in supporting clients in a non-monogamous context. Sections covered: Types of relationships that fall under the non-monogamy (multiamory) umbrella Challenging assumptions, stigmas, and myths Themes in the work (e.g. trauma, break ups, opening up, communication, capacity etc.) Intersectionality (e.g. Age, gender, race, religion, and Kink/BDSM identity, and how these intersect with non-monogamy) Ways of working with clients (e.g. expression of identity, constellations, acceptance, compassion etc.) Takeaways 4 hours of informal CPD logging for most Professional Membership Bodies.
