Where can I access the download links for my purchase? You should get a thank you page after purchasing a product on the site which includes a download button for your file(s) You will also get an email with a link which is valid for 30 days. If for any reason these links don't work you can log in to the site and check your orders here. How do I unzip the .zip folder? Most of the downloads are .zip folder. To access the files you will need to unzip the folder. Normally you can do this by going to your downloads, finding the folder, right clicking, and selecting extract all. Here's a guide on unzipping in case you need it - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/zip-and-unzip-files-8d28fa72-f2f9-712f-67df-f80cf89fd4e5#:~:text=To%20unzip%20(extract)%20*%20To%20unzip%20a,(or%20right%2Dclick)%20the%20folder%2C%20select%20Extract%20All&text=%2C%20and%20then%20follow%20the%20instructions.
What do I do if I don't receive an order confirmation? If you don't receive a confirmation it is likely your payment hasn't gone through. Check your payment method provider and if you still can't see if payment has gone out give me an email and I'll look into it on my end.
Can I use the wording from your templates? Absolutely, if you've purchased the templates one their own or as part of the guide or bundle, they are now yours to use as you need - just change the logo and name! And double check the privacy policy to make sure it's in line with your business.
