*Unlimited Access- meaning you will have access for as long as I am hosting this CPD or the website is available.

​*Self-paced - meaning you can complete the course in your own time for as long as it is available

1. Intellectual Property & Intellectual Rights - My content is completely my own. Any external sources have been cited and linked. This is an non-exclusive, non-transferable individual license for personal professional development. Please do not share your log-in details, reproduce, or re-sell any of the CPD.

By purchasing these courses you are agreeing to this and anyone who does share my materials without consent will be challenged by law.

2. Refunds - You will be eligible for a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase (e.g. if you purchase on Sunday 1st June 11pm you can request a refund until Sunday 15th June 11pm). You will get 100% refund of the original price you paid, providing you have not accessed more than 50% of the course or downloaded the course resources.

3. Complaints - If you have a complaint about the course, please contact me in the first instance to try and resolve it informally. You can contact me on info@emilyduffytherapy.co.uk.

**For the NCPS Quality checked course of Working with Non-Monogamy in Therapy, if we are unable to resolve your complaint informally. I will then pass on your complaint to an external unbiased party to assess. If you are still unhappy, you can then contact NCPS directly. More on this can be found here.
